A founder's decendants. the eighth you must find.
William de Warenne, 1st Earl of Surrey founded Castle Acre Castle. The Eighth Earl of Surrey was John de Warenne.

He may be now resting but prior to that,
John de Warenne is burried at Lewes Priory.

One time prior of Lewes Priory was Adam of Winchester.

A circle for A and the eighth on the left,
The Great Hall in Winchester houses the 'The Round Table of King Arthur'. The eighth knight on the left of the table is Sir Kay.

A street near a hag and an arm with an F,
Kay Street in London is near Haggerston Park. The park is home to Hackney City Farm.

But where would you eat there and what does it mean?,
Frizzante Café is located in Hackney City Farm. Frizzante means sparkling in Italian.

Loose 4 and add bridge 'till a tavern is seen.
Taking 4 letters from the word sparkling and adding bridge gives you Spark Bridge in Cumbria. The village tavern is called the Royal Oak Inn.
